Orders placed at our pet store will be dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. However, for pre-order items, please note that dispatch time can take up to 6 weeks from the date of purchase. We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders and appreciate your patience as we prepare and ship your items with care. Return & Exchange Policy
At our pet store, we prioritise customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best shopping experience possible. However, please note that we only accept returns or exchanges for faulty items. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will gladly provide a replacement for the faulty item at no additional cost to you. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for reasons other than product faults.
